Prize administrator celebrated at North African Literature book fair

On Saturday evening, at the official dinner of the inaugural "North African Literature" book fair held in Oujda, Eastern Morocco, Fleur Montanaro, Administrator of the International Prize for Arabic Fiction, was awarded a prize by the book fair for her work, in the service of Arabic literature. Moroccan writer and broadcaster Yassin Adnan introduced the presentation. Three other prizes were also awarded.



A seminar about the Prize and its impact on reading and publishing had been held the same day at the book fair. Fleur, Shukri Mabkhout, Wacini Laredj, Zhor Gourram, Nassima al-Rawi and Abdessamia Bensaber participated and Yassin Adnan was the chair.
